Carrying out engine changes on the Boeing 737 NG and MAX forms a key part of my work as a B1 mechanic. These tasks require precise coordination, strict adherence to AMM procedures, and a solid understanding of engine‑mount systems, pylon interfaces, and associated hydraulics and electrics. I am experienced in the full process: isolating systems, disconnecting controls and services, managing stands and lifting equipment, removing and installing the engine, and carrying out post‑installation torque checks, leak checks, rigging, and operational tests.

I ensure all work is documented accurately through AMOS and Boeing maintenance platforms, supporting full traceability. Engine changes highlight my ability to work safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard during both planned maintenance and time‑critical AOG situations.

5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

With over five years of hands‑on aircraft maintenance experience, I have developed extensive expertise working on the Boeing 737 NG and MAX fleets. My background includes supporting scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting complex defects, and carrying out servicing and overhaul tasks to the highest standard. This experience has strengthened my technical capability and reinforced my commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance support.
