Welcome to Top Flight Aerosolutions Ltd. 

I am a qualified B1 aircraft mechanic with over five years of experience on the Boeing 737 NG and MAX, specialising in heavy maintenance inputs ranging from 2‑year checks through to full 23‑year structural programmes. My background includes complete aircraft strip‑down, rebuild, and zone‑wide inspection support within a high‑pressure heavy‑maintenance environment, giving me exposure to every area of the aircraft. I am fuel‑tank trained and have assisted with split‑scimitar modifications, engine changes, and landing‑gear replacements as well as end‑of‑lease deep‑cycle checks.

I completed my modern apprenticeship with Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) and Ayrshire College, building a strong foundation in both practical and procedural maintenance. My extensive knowledge of the Boeing fleet supports my ability to fault‑find across the entire aircraft, with my capability particularly praised in flight‑control and hydraulic systems. I maintain a strong digital footprint of all work carried out through expert use of AMOS and Boeing’s maintenance‑data platforms, ensuring accurate, traceable records that fully support and verify paper documentation.

 

My hard work and reliability were recognised early, leading to my selection to support the Ryanair fleet out-with the PAML hangar for A‑checks, line‑maintenance support, and AOG response. I have worked across Seville, Stansted, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Prestwick, and have supported AOG events in Spain, Italy, Poland, and across England, returning aircraft to service quickly and safely under high‑pressure operational demands.
